Hi I'm Sam! Welcome to Pulsify.

Pulsify is my tiny little playground on the Internet which teaches you the method to get your sleep down to 2 hours a day and nags you to break the boring routines in your life. 


Considering the fact that we humans spend one-third of our life in a state of unconsciousness known as sleep, learning more about sleep has always interested me. 


My journey with sleep hacking started 5 years ago out with lucid dreaming. Being able to experience a lucid dream literally on day one of my experimentation only further encouraged me to dive deep into the world of sleep hacking.


Over the past 4-5 years, I have slept various sleep cycles and fast-forward to today I sleep to only 2 hours a day while feeling really great at the same time.


This blog is a result of 5 complete years of learning, research, self-experimentation and optimization and I hope it delivers the value I expect it to.


When I am not glued to a screen, like you are right now, I find myself enjoying music, art, humor and life itself.
